- Puducherry : If your area is not listed, kindly contact our customer support to check if we can arrange delivery to your location.2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 PM will be delivered within Two business days. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.
- Same-DayDelivery: Available for select areas. If you place your order before 6 PM time, we will attempt to deliver it the same day, subject to product availability.

- Delivery Process

- Ourdelivery team will contact you before arriving to ensure you are available to receive your order.
- Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address during the selected time slot to receive the order. If you are unavailable, please inform us in advance to reschedule delivery.
- Unsuccessful Deliveries
- Ifour delivery attempt fails due to the recipient not being available at the designated address or any other reason beyond our control, a redelivery charge may apply.
- Wewill make two attempts to deliver your order. After two failed attempts, your order will be canceled, and any refund will be issued in line with our refund policy (minus delivery charges).
- Special Delivery Instructions
- Ifyou have any special delivery instructions (e.g., leave the package with a neighbor or at the gate), please include them in the delivery notes section when placing your order.
- Delays Weaim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, in case of delays due tounforeseen circumstances (such as bad weather, traffic, or public holidays), we will notify you immediately and reschedule the delivery at the earliest available time.
